After much prodding from friends and colleagues, Judith Tabron co-owner of Soul, has put together her own cookbook called Recipes from Soul Bar & Bistro & its Guest Chefs.

This mouth-watering high quality book is based on recipes used at Soul, many of which are Judith's personal favourites. It also features recipes from international guest chefs who have been involved with the restaurant since it opened four years ago - many of whom have designed menus specifically for Soul and have featured at events held there.
