	Garden of Soul - Havana Heaven Cuban Club night - there was an abundance of mojitos, daiquiris, Cuban cigars and Kantuta of course. Guests enjoyed the delights of dancers, drinks and Cuban style food thanks to owner Judith Tabron and Pernod Ricard, event sponsors.

	Bluffie Day Our marvellous Bluff day was a great success with everyone enjoying as many Bluff Oysters as they could stomach. Opener Keith Lovett wowed us all with how quick he could deliver. Take a look at some of the fun that was had.

	Espanol Soul Internationally renowned Spanish chef Mikel Arriet joined us at Soul Bar for 3 days in July. Mikel hails from the food-obsessed city of San Sebastian and boasts some of the worlds greatest culinary accolades for his style of avant-garde cuisine using the finest traditional Spanish ingredients. Mikel kicked off his whirlwind tour with a Spanish Embassy Gala Dinner at Soul Bar and followed that up with Spanish themed lunch and dinner services on the following 3 days.

	HSI Excellence Awards 2009 Auckland Viaduct’s Soul Bar & Bistro scooped top honours at the hospitality industry’s national training awards on Monday (6th July) night, picking up the HSI Supreme Award for Excellence in Training and Innovation. The awards, organised by the Hospitality Standards Institute (HSI), recognise the country’s top players in hospitality training.

	Catwalk Cuisine It was a beautiful Autumn day of fashion and food at Soul Bar with Trelise Cooper, Muse, Yvonne Bennetti & Sabatini White who showcased their latest collections All guests received a goody bag and an entry into the draw *to win the perfect weekend:* To the everyones surprise, Brent Copeland was the winner of the "perfect weekend", Brent was one of six males that attended this Fashion Event. 	Bluff Oyster Day 2009 We were the first restaurant in the North Island to receive Bluff oysters – there was 1000 dozen of the delectable treats flown straight to us from Bluff. 200 people attended the Bluff extravaganza - and devoured as many Bluff oysters as they could. Keith Lovett, champion oyster shucker, was with us from Bluff to open the oysters on our deck to keep up with the oyster lovers. 	Bollinger Tennis 2008 Annual tennis tournament hosted by Bollinger champagne the countries finest hospitality teams battle it our for the coveted trophy in 2008. Soul Bar and Bistro were the National champions this year.

	Paint the town Clicquot 2007 This invite only party featured brazilian dancers, a metre high chandalier and of course lots of free Veuve Clicquot.

	Melbourne Cup 2007 Every November Soul invites you to "take the day off" with an onsite TAB, Fashion in the field competition and the excitement of the big race. This is one of the most exciting days of the year.

	Muse Fashion Show 2007 Held in conjunction with the NZ Fashion week, Soul showcases international fashion with proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Research Trust.
