Roasted hapuku fillet, cauliflower cous cous and a coriander and pistachio vinaigrette

Pan-roasted corn fed chicken breast with ‘peas a La Francais’

Roasted rump and braised shoulder of lamb with garlic confit and slow cooked Pukekohe onion

Steamed green beans with slow cooked shallots

Gourmet potatoes in lemon oil with dill and parsley
