Private Events

Restaurant

Our interior restaurant can accommodate up to 80 people for a seated lunch or dinner.  The restaurant deck can also seat a maximum of 40 people.  Please note if your group is less than the maximum allowance there may be other diners in the restaurant or a hire fee may apply if you would like the space exclusively.

Private room

Our private room is available for hire Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all year round and Thursday during the winter months. Room hire charge applies. Our private room has an absolute maximum capacity of 26 people for seated dining and a minimum of 15 people.  It’s perfect for that special occasion lunch, dinner or conference.  Soul can take care of all the arrangements for you including: hireage of conference equipment (overhead projectors, screens etc), flowers, birthday cakes and special menus to suit your requirements.

Talk to us about hosting your next cocktail party at Soul.  The private room can accommodate up to 100 people for drinks and nibbles and we also provide an exclusive deck area, weather permitting.

Cancellation policy

Any group booking for 20 or more people requires a $500.00 deposit.  Credit card or cheque deposits are accepted.  Notice of cancellation must be received 5 working days prior to the reservation for a full refund.
